Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable
All Legacy Gifted offerings are custom digital services, which are not eligible for refunds, returns, or order cancellations once purchased.
This includes:
Website design and development
Video editing and creative services
Resume writing and professional branding
Because your project begins immediately after purchase, refunds cannot be provided.
2. Revisions & Customer Satisfaction
We aim to deliver excellent service. Each package includes a set number of revisions as described on the product page.
Additional revisions beyond what is included may require an additional fee.
3. Project Delays
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:
Missing customer information
Late responses
Failure to provide required content (photos, text, login info, etc.)
Unresponsive communication
We will notify you of any needed information to finish your project.
4. Abandoned Projects
A project is considered abandoned after 30 days of no communication.
Abandoned projects are not eligible for a refund and may require a restart fee if resumed.
