- Video creation and editing
- Resume writing and professional branding services
These Terms apply to all services purchased from Legacy Gifted.
2. Payments
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We accept secure online payment methods through trusted third-party processors such as Square, Google Pay.
Once payment is received, work begins immediately.
3. Refund Policy
Because all services are customized and start right away:
All sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely completion of your project, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete materials
- Submit required information (photos, text, login access, etc.) promptly
- Respond to communications in a reasonable time
- Approve drafts and revisions when requested
Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline.
5. Revisions
Each service includes a set number of revisions based on the package purchased.
Revisions beyond the included number may require an additional fee.
6. Project Abandonment
If the client does not respond or provide required information for 30 days, the project is considered abandoned.
Abandoned projects:
- Are not eligible for refunds
- May require a restart fee if resumed
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Website Design
Upon final delivery and payment, you own the completed website design and your own content.
Legacy Gifted retains ownership of:
- Drafts
- Unused concepts
- Proprietary tools, templates, and internal materials
Video Editing
You must have legal rights to any videos, music, or images you provide.
Legacy Gifted is not responsible for copyright claims related to client-supplied content.
Resume Writing
Final resume files are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
8. Turnaround Times
Estimated timelines are shown on the service pages.
Times may change if:
- The client submits materials late
- Additional revisions are requested
- Project scope changes
- Outside platforms have outages
Legacy Gifted will notify you of any changes to the timeline.
